These terms apply to all business relationships between ESLA Studio and its clients.
ESLA Studio provides brand strategy, content production, and experience design services.
Offers are non-binding. Contracts are formed upon written confirmation.
Invoices due within 14 days. Default interest: 9.2% above base rate (§ 456 UGB).
All works subject to Austrian Copyright Act (UrhG). Rights transfer upon full payment.
Liability only for intent or gross negligence, limited to contract value.
Austrian law applies. Jurisdiction: Vienna, Austria.
Consumers (§ 1 KSchG) have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts.
